Oceanfront stunner in Emerald Isle

  • Top Notch East is a wonderfully furnished and fully equipped oceanfront duplex (East side). Located just steps from the beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Emerald Isle, dolphins are frequently seen from this home. This lovely home comfortably sleeps 11 guests and is equipped with free wifi, cable, and TVs in all bedrooms.

    This spacious duplex has ample room to spread out in the well appointed kitchen and open living/dining room space. The two dining tables seat 12 with additional bar seating for four. Also on this level is a full bathroom and a large soundfront bedroom with a twin and queen bed. Three bedrooms are on the second floor - 1 oceanfront king master suite and 1 oceanfront queen, both with deck access and 1 soundfront bedroom with 2 twin beds). The entire third floor is an oceanfront master suite with private deck.

    A private, spray off area and outdoor shower (with hot & cold water) make clean-up easy. There is an outdoor charcoal grill with picnic table seating.

We were a family of 10 staying here for a week for Thanksgiving. We had the best time ,it was so comfortable and you felt so welcomed. Amy was very accommodating for anything I asked for. The house was beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to cook a Thanksgiving meal. The bedrooms had the most comfortable mattresses. There was no problem sleeping. The weather was great and we definitely hope to come back.

Great location and house!

We’ve stayed here several times and we love the location, easy direct beach access and space. Host is always accommodating and even allowed us to check in 2hrs early so our kids could nap upon arrival.

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Great location on a quiet section of beach, loved the beach toy box, 3 levels of decks, and heated outdoor shower.I was a little worried about sound due to it being a duplex but honestly never heard anything from the other side all week.One suggestion for improvement would be to add blackout courtains at least to a few of the bedrooms. All the rooms have basic blinds but the rooms get pretty light as soon as the sun comes up, would be nice to be able to sleep in late on vacation for light sensitive sleepers.
