“The space was just right for 4 women. All the rooms were a nice size and each had queen sized beds that were very comfortable. The living area was cozy, the outside deck was fabulous! We especially appreciated being so close to the beach and the way the dune directly behind the house blocked the view of people on the beach, while providing an amazing ocean view. We would definitely rent again!”

“We all agree that the very short walk to the beach was absolutely perfect. Also we loved the colors and overall ocean themes were fun. Spotless, very quiet and so restful. We put the area guide to good use and the recs were spot on!! We rate Wendi as a 5+ star host.”

“Our stay at the Sea Fern Cottage was wonderful! The location is great, just a quick walk to the beach, convenient for beach days and sunset strolls. The neighborhood is lovely and felt very safe and peaceful. The house itself is lovely with a charming coastal vibe. The kitchen was a highlight for us, well-equipped and spacious, perfect for cooking meals and enjoying family time. The bedrooms and living areas were also cozy and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day at the……

“We had 9 people (5 adults and 4 teens). Plenty of room for everyone. Beach front is awesome. The beach dune was a little tough for Grandma to walk over but manageable. The water was beautiful green and crystal clear. Well stocked beach chairs, boogey boards, etc. Five minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Staff at all stores and restaurants were very friendly...food everywhere was great. The house is well stocked in the kitchen but the house could use a little TLC (loose door knobs, needs……

“We loved our short stay here! Very new and very clean! The beds were comfortable and the bunk beds were so fun for the kids! The kitchen had nice appliances and was well equipped without extra clutter. The spacious master bath tub and shower were a highlight!”

“We had a death in our family and a storm which prevented us from coming both days but overall the property was clean, convenient and welcoming. My only bad experience was that my bed fell at some point during the night for no reason. Other than that it was good. The property is close to the beach and Mac Daddy's arcade. The kids enjoyed that”

“We had the best long weekend at the Blue Marlin with our group of friends and their families! The location is amazing with direct beach access and really close to the grocery stores! The house is in great condition, has tons of great outdoor space, beautiful living spaces, and a fully stocked kitchen. The kids (all under 7) had a blast as did the adults. And Amy the host is so responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back!”

“This townhome was perfect for myself and 2 teens; could have easily accommodated 3 teens; plenty of space for everyone; Master suite so relaxing, the decor and upgrades are really on-pointe; beds are super comfy, full kitchen, use of beach chairs, walk to the beach was nothing, and close by restaurants and other activities. We booked on a whim for the July 4th Holiday, and had plenty of fireworks to enjoy right on the beach both nights. We'd definitely book this property again.”

“House was absolutely fantastic, Stephanie was a great host who was readily avaiable via the VRBO app and was very accommodating. Pool and hot tub were a hit and convenience to restaurants and stores was about a mile or so. House was super clean, den furniture was really confortable. House has a lot of parking and great common areas to hang out in. Veiws are great, you just cant go wrong here!!”

“This was the perfect spot for our dog Tucker’s first beach vacation! The house was located in a quiet neighborhood that allowed for daily walks which he enjoyed. The house was also very close to many restaurants, shops, and the beach. The house was the perfect place to come back and relax after a long day out in the sun. We can’t wait to come back!”

He even brought us dinner our first night bc we arrived too late for restaurants! The location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood and centrally located.
