Paradise Point - Gorgeous custom home overlooking the scenic Paradise Valley!

Nestled in the foothills of Tom Miner Basin, this private retreat offers breathtaking views of Paradise Valley and easy access to Yellowstone National Park. With three expansive porches, a gourmet kitchen, and upscale amenities, this home is designed for relaxation and adventure alike.

Up to 2 dogs are considered with owner approval and a pet fee. Please inform us at the time of booking of the age, weight, and breed of the dog(s) you are planning to bring. No dogs are allowed to be left unattended for any reason. A large crate is available upon request and availability. If approved we have a $70 pet fee per dog per week.

Spacious & Comfortable Accommodations:
- Primary Bedroom (Upper Level): Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a river rock walk-in shower, and stunning mountain views.
- Guest Suite (Lower Level): Queen-size bed, private deck, full kitchen, sitting area, electric fireplace, and full bathroom with a large whirlpool tub.
- Additional Sleeping Options: Fold-up cot and port-a-crib available upon request.

Cozy Living Spaces with Montana Charm:
- Main Living Room: Leather sofa, power recliner, reading nook, large flat-screen TV, heated tile floors, and access to a stunning skywalk and porch.
- Lower-Level Living Room: Electric fireplace, comfortable sofa, and entertainment setup.

Fully Equipped Kitchens & Dining:
- Gourmet Kitchen (Main Level): State-of-the-art appliances, island bar, and a large Stickley dining table (seats 6) with additional bar seating for 8.
- Guest Kitchen (Lower Level): Cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, sink, dishwasher, and full cooking essentials.
- Outdoor Kitchen & Dining: Large gas grill, Big Green Egg smoker, and oversized picnic table.

Outdoor Amenities & Wildlife Viewing:
- Expansive Decks & Porches: Multiple seating areas facing the Absaroka Mountain Range.
- Wildlife Encounters: The property is surrounded by Montana’s incredible wildlife—keep an eye out!

Important Information:
- Two Separate Units: The main house is accessed via a skywalk or back deck, while the lower level is accessible through the garage or lower deck.
- Elevator: A unique forklift elevator is present but not available for guest use.

Prime Location for Adventure:
- Yellowstone National Park North Entrance (27 miles) – Easy access for wildlife viewing and exploration.
- Chico Hot Springs & Yellowstone Hot Springs (18 miles) – Relaxing mineral pools nearby.
- Hiking, Horseback Riding & Fly Fishing – Endless outdoor recreation in Paradise Valley.
- Livingston (40 miles) – Grocery stores, dining, and local charm.

Can be rented with Ashling Ranch and Sage Ranch for groups of up to 20. All three homes sit on an adjacent 80-acre property, making this a perfect destination for large gatherings, weddings, or family reunions.

Secluded Montana Property

Lovely home in the foothills of the Gallatin Mountains. Everything was provided by the host and they were very responsive when the disposal wasn’t working. Someone came out to fix it that day. Views are just amazing. Only complaint was the difficulty in accessing the lower level which is where the laundry room, bathtub and garage are.
