“Work colleges who used the estate for exhibition in London.Great house with plenty os space. Well equipped kitchen.The jacuzzi is an extra plus after a long working day.”

“Property served its purpose well. Parts were a tad tired such as the stair carpets and big dips in the bedroom floors but the kitchen and dining room lounge were nice. Garden scruffy and no outside furniture. Oven was in need of a scrub. Beds were comfy however not enough bedding for the sofa bed or towels for everyone. No hand towels in the bathrooms just flannels.There was enough crockery for everyone and great kitchen facilities. Communicating with the host was excellent and very smooth.”

“Great location for St Ives, with parking, as long as you are fit and able to walk up and down to town. Excellent location for visiting surrounding locations by car. A great property for 7- 10 people. Lots of space. Well equipped. ”

“Pet friendly. Lovely house in quiet area, but could do with some updating in areas. Back garden was very overgrown. Needs new mattresses, new pillows and double duvet needs replacing or dry cleaning as it had a lot of stains on it.”

“We recently stayed at this property for just 2 nights as a base while exploring London, and we barely used the place, making it impossible for us to cause the kind of stains they later claimed. We received an email stating that a portion of our deposit would be kept due to “extra cleaning” for marks on the wall - which were already there when we arrived and are completely normal for a well-lived space and for a torn throw that was already in poor condition upon check-in. We made sure to leave……

“We loved the layout and the location was fantastic - a really short drive to the beach. Unfortunately it smelled quite badly of cigarette smoke and the washing machine smelled musty so we had to use the laundromat on site instead. We would have liked to have had some USB plugs. ”

“Spacious apartment with great views, however lots of steps up to property which might not suit all plus no shops near by for groceries etc and although close to Poole a car is needed as it’s not an easy walk”

“Nothing better then seeing the sea from bed. Amazing uninterupted views of the sea and the location is great for exploring along the coast. Great outdoor seating spaces and logburner in the lounge for those colder nights. Will definitely aim to go back.”

“The property is in a beautiful quiet location. The house is spacious and modern. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness- it hadn’t been swept or mopped before our arrival, dusty surfaces, cobwebs in windows, weeds growing in balcony which was obviously never swept or cleaned. Dirty sheets in one bedroom. Air conditioning not working in one bedroom. No toilet paper in four bathrooms. No hairdryer. Only 4 towels out for 8 people. The rest was in the wash and we had to put them in……

“Fantastic beach front property, private and of great standards throughout. We got three cars parked on the driveway so ample parking, Asda a 5 mins drive away and a local shop a 5 mins walk.Hosts were really friendly and helpful, would highly recommend to everyone.”

“This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. Floors, bathroom and surfaces were spotless. The bed was warm and so comfortable. Amenities are as listed. Owner/host, Antonia, is a wonderful and lovely lady (I miss her already!). We had a slight miscommunication at time of booking, but she was so patient and……
