"Very friendly staff, a young man helped to store our bags as we were very early for check in. He was there in our return and dealt with us in a very welcoming manner. Check in was easy , all the staff were helpful and polite. We had booked a twin room but on arrival it was configured as a double. With in minutes this was rectified by friendly staff. We had gone to a concert in the evening but had not tea bags left or milk. We requested more and before we had chance to take off our coats in the room , a member of staff brought plentiful supply of all provision. The staff could not have been more helpful. We loved our room and the large bathroom , it was clean , comfortable and I will definitely return without hesitation "

I did not like being charged a Service Charge after ordering food in the Green Bar This is not acceptable practice. No toilets in the Lobby atea is ridiculous. In my room the AC (which was noisy) stopped working cold after the second night"

"Amazing location! Literally sleeping next to the Theatre in Piccadilly!!! 😊. We booked the hotel to watch Les Mis which was absolutely incredible if you are thinking about a theatre trip. Easy check in. There was staff there to help with any hiccups. Friendly staff. Clean entrance with a few seats to charge phones etc. There was a really nice gym, not sure if you had to pay extra.
