However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature. For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included. “Very clean”

“Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. “客房乾淨”

“Staff members are nice and helpful. Location is super convenient.”

“The service is very good! It's clean and newly decorated. I will come back again next time! The hotel also provides luggage storage, which only costs 1 US dollar per piece, which is very good!”
