“Parking was included. The room was generally clean. But the shelving above the toilet was cracked and falling apart. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Only one of the 4 people in my family could eat breakfast due to allergy concerns and the young staff had no idea about allergies or ingredients. Have an ingredients list would have drastically helped with us checking.”

“We were shown into a room with terrible conditions. Everywhere was dusty and there was a terrible stench all over the place. There were several visible stains on the sheets, pillowcases and the mattress. When we informed the staff, it was like they're offended! They took us to another room upstairs.
