“My flight to Chicago got diverted because of terrible weather. I messaged the hotel in advance to cancel the first night and asked for a refund/discount. No one replied. When I checked in I explained again and all I got was 'hotel policy'. I had been in similar situations before with other holiday inn(in Japan) and they refunded me. Hotel policy or not, I did not stay in your room for one night. Charging me USD180 for nothing is not the best hotel service. I rarely gave bad reviews but this was……

“员工热情，公用停车场就在边上傍车方便，离轨道交通近有点噪。”

“I checked in early and dropped the luggage off first. The front desk told me that i could come back around 2pm and the room should be ready. I went back around 2:45 and was told the room is not ready. (which is fine, i know the official check in time is 3pm) the lady in the front desk told me she msged the house keeping but the room is just not ready. i asked couple more times when will the room be ready, and they couldn't give me answer and just kept saying that they are still waiting for the……

“Love it! Very close to the lake and the NU campus!”

“I enjoyed staying at Christine's place. It was very clean and appealing overall. However, I felt Christine is inflexible when it comes to any deviation like a slightly later checkout due to unforeseen circumstances and simply unreasonable as a host. I might say she left a bad taste for my stay at her place.”

“Area was quiet and homey. We stayed in both nights we stayed, however there were plenty of things to eat nearby. The coffee shop around the corner was nice. We had a fabulous time. We would stay at this property again.”

“Parking was easy, directions were so simple. We had a GREAT time!! This place is so cute. Decorated so well. The beds are very comfy and plenty of sunlight comes into the room. Very obvious this place was spruced up recently because it feels very modern and lovely.”

“I only have 3 small things to mention about this rental that I think could be improved (keeping in mind if they didn't change anything, it would still be very nice)!1. The parking garage directions talk about the elevator being at the end, but it is actually 6 spots to the right of your spot. It would be easier to state that explicitly I think. 2. The garbage can slams a little when you open and close it. I think something might be wrong with the soft close mechanism. I just used my hand to open……

“Everything was great. Super clean, and cozy. I would suggest maybe a step ladder, some shelves in the kitchen were impossible for me to reach. Luckily my partner is quite tall. But well stocked with most things you’ll need to cook. In a quiet neighborhood with ample parking, close to food and a short drive to the beach. Comfy bed. Would stay here again.”

“Absolutley fabulous! Will stay again! The beds were comfy, the neighors nice, the place was super clean and safe. The owner was very responsive to all of my messages and recommended some great newarvy restaurants. Our personal favorite is Backlot, fantastic coffee and great bakery breakfast items for our kids (11 and 14), seriously everything there was delicious. The only unexpected thing was the walk from the unit to Martin Stadium was much further than it stated in the listing. You are looking……

“Host was very helpful and available when we had questions.”

“Overall, this location worked for what we needed and we didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit. There was one night where we did and the rental below us was having a very loud party (out of the hosts control although he did attempt to tell them to turn the music down). The walls are very thin so if you are looking for some relaxing time, just something to consider. The cleaning company could do a better job, there were some things left behind that I won’t mention here but a thorough clean would……

“The host was very friendly and helpful. It was the perfect space for our long weekend!”

“Great place everything was clean, good communication from host. Perfect space!”

“Apartment is in excellent condition and host was very helpful.”
