The host went above and beyond with little details to make our experience better and make our stay feel more welcoming, even for our pup. We were blown away with how beautiful the view was and how peaceful everything was. This place is a gem. We will be back!”

“The staff was great. The cold water did not work in the shower. So it was near to impossible to take a comfortable shower. It's unfortunate that the lobby does not stay open for more than 12 hours because were locked out in the middle of the night and had to repeatedly call 2 phone numbers for an hour and a half before they finally came to let us in. The continental breakfast left room to be desired. The milk was expired and lumpy. They told us that the air conditioning had gone out and that was……

“Nice hotel. Housekeeping missed taking out the previous guest’s trash from bathroom. It didn’t seem like the exhaust fan in bathroom was working at all. Could not get in through rear entrance - the lock light turned green with my keycard but door did not unlock. My room was clean, the elevators worked quickly and ice machine on my floor was operational.”
