"We enjoyed the welcoming family friendly environment. This resort was not too large but small enough to feel a sense of community. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like members of a larger family. The programming and shows provided great options for children of all ages. On the down side, we had two rooms and one toilet ran all night. I mentioned to maintenance and they said they would take care of it but never did. On our last day as we headed to checkout, we were asked if we wanted to purchase weed. Overall, these minor issues did not affect our wonderful experience. We are definitely going back. "

"Check in was easy... I arrived early and was able to lounge at the pool until my room was ready. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and cool. Every room has its own balcony/outside sitting area, and mine overlooked the pool which was large and clean. There are bar stools in the pool for the swim-up bar and music was played during the day. The property is well kept, the staff are friendly and I felt very safe. The town and cruise port are a quick walk from the property for shopping, food, etc... I also used the Uber App to get around. I will definitely stay here again."

"Had the MOST AMAZING stay at this property. The staff are so kind, check in was a breeze, our room was clean and bright, and the location/views cannot be beat. Highly highly recommend Hibiscus Lodge. My boyfriend and I stayed in multiple hotels during our trip to Jamaica (including more expensive ones) and this one ended up being our uncontested favourite.
