“This was by far one of the worst experiences. When we checked in they put us in apartment 14 which was an absolute dump! It looked like an apartment on Gun Hill Rd in the Bronx. On the 2nd morning we woke up and the bathroom and bedroom were flooded due to an old rusted pipe in the bathroom. The front office did change our room to a better apartment but apartment 14 should be taken off of their rental list until it’s renovated. The rest of the grounds are okay. The owner is availed by phone and lives close for any problems. ”

“Last minute while at airport I received an email to say that the place reserved was no longer available. After being on the phone for over an hour I was offered another place which was smaller. I had no choice but to take it or me and my kids would have been on the street. Upon entering the place, it was immediately noticed that it was not clean, no light bulbs, 1 tv in one of the bedrooms. “This property is none existing, the host never picked up the phone. The place looks run down and decapitated. Just looking at the outside and the people that was in and out of the building make you feel unsafe. This should not be a place list for tourist.”
