“Staff greeted us very nicely when we arrived. Check in was fast and simple. The property was very clean. The restroom is spacious. I loved that the room was very spacious as well. ”

“This hotel was awesome! We were running late and called the hotel to notify we were so they didn’t think we flaked (even though we paid already but just in case). Xavier was at the front desk, and he was kind, quit & informative. Greeted my quickly and forbid checked in fast which was appreciated. The rooms were large and nice and clean, smelled good. Clean microwave and good size refrigerator (clean) with lots of room for groceries and frozen food. Very well done! ”

“Great Hotel. Spacious room. The staff was on top of things. 24/7 coffee and a very good breakfast. The location is fabulous right in the middle of the Rim. If your vacation includes shopping, this is the place. ”

“All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana”
