I told them I was canceling the reservation as the hotel was in unacceptable condition and I felt unsafe. They instead marked me as a no show and refused to refund me for the stay. Contacted the insurance I paid for. It can take a year to get my money back if the insurance even decides to pay & super complicated filing protocol for the insurance. Absolutely the worst experience at a hotel I ever had…”
