Shower didn't work very slow ac very load

Good place to stay.

Sheets were dirty. Did not stay ! Tried to cancel reservation. I want a refund.

Because the room was in such a dilapidated state, and because of your incidental hold, I was forced to immediately take extensive photos and videos of the existing damage and report it to the front desk right away. I had to spend the beginning of my stay documenting your property's failures just to ensure I would not be financially penalized for your staff's negligence. Specifically, I documented and encountered the following severe issues: Severe Plumbing Failures: During a single shower, the water pressure dropped to a dribble and shut off completely approximately six different times. I was repeatedly left stranded and covered in soap, completely unsure if the water would even turn back on. When it finally did return, it fluctuated wildly between freezing cold and scalding hot. Vandalized and Filthy Surfaces: The bathroom sink area—both on top and underneath—was covered in red crayon or marker stains, as well as pencil marks. The bare floors in the room lacked carpeting, creating a freezing environment with a disruptive echo, and were covered in a visible, glue-like sticky substance. Broken Furniture and Fixtures: The in-room refrigerator was completely unstable and wobbly. Additionally, the handles on the closet were loose and spinning freely.Non-Functional Amenities: The television did not work. I had to manually reset it from the back and waste my time dealing with the front desk to get staff to come up and program the remotes just for basic operation.
