“The room was very clean and comfortable; everything in great order and it had everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable. I meant to do some food prep for Thanksgiving but ended up doing it at our son's nearby but everything was there I would've needed. The area is a bit sketchy but we felt safe and secure. “Great location near the shops in the historic Oregon District. Lots of food and drink options especially for the young at heart. Rental was quiet. Nice interior space with classic architecture and woodwork. Tastefully decorated, clean comfortable rooms and a comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Good communication with the owner. The furnace kept the spaces warm with evening temps below freezing. We can recommend this apartment. ”

“Overall the stay was decent. Street parking was required. The owner didn’t cut the grass and we wanted to enjoy the backyard and use the grill but didn’t due to bugs in the high grass. The outside trash can was very full, barely could fit our trash in it. The bathroom could have been cleaner, there was alot of dead bugs in the shower. There is only one farm door for the bathroom and bedroom next door. The location was great though. ”
