"The staff were friendly and nice. Ready to help whenever you have a question. The complimentary coffee in the mornings was really good; the only downside is that this hotel does not have complimentary breakfast included. The shuttle service is a plus and very convenient a ride to the nearby JFK airport."

"What makes this hotel the place to choose is hands-down, the amazing staff! Tony, who is the weekend manager, went above and beyond for us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and that were well informed regarding our stay. He had wonderful advice on a nearby city to visit and a delicious pizza recommendation! His graciousness, competence, and generous nature made this the place that we will choose over and over when we are looking near JFK airport! Thank you, Tony, from this Minnesota family! Whatever they’re paying Tony, he deserves a raise! The rest of the staff there were also very conscientious. The rooms were fine, nothing spectacular, but they were clean and the location is so close to JFK airport (with a shuttle service going there every hour). The prices are reasonable for the area, as well. This hotel is a good choice for a place to stay!"

"I came in late after a canceled flight and I was standing in line to check in for a while. Finally got to my room and it was 94 degrees and the ac unit wasn’t working. We switched rooms and woke up at 3:30 am to the smell of sulfur. Apparently the waste facility next door was causing the smell but we had to leave then. Do not recommend at all. "
