Fish in our stocked pond! Enjoy The Farmhouse with a large covered deck and covered patio sits on 4 acres surrounded by the Ouachita forest. Remodeled 3 bedroom with all new amenities, outside dining, charcoal grill and fire pit. This farmhouse is centrally located for any activity! Located just 20 min from the Cossatot River, 1 hour from Hochatown Ok, 50 min from Wolf Pen Gap and atv rentals, Queen Wilimena State Park and Mena Ar. One hour from Hot Springs. Come enjoy the Ouachitas!

Great farmhouse

The place was great. It was very well stocked and I loved the barn doors. The owner and his wife could not have been nicer. I highly recommend this listing. The only drawback is the drive to Mena if you are doing the trails there.

Perfect Farmhouse for our Family

I booked the farmhouse in Cove, Arkansas for our family's July 4th Weekend vacation back in May. Communicating with Tami was easy...she always responded promptly to my many questions! When we arrived at the property, we were in awe of the yard, the pond, the porches, inside space, the decorations, and all of the details. Tami has everything visitors need from coffee filters, to soap/shampoo, and even a deep fryer! All we needed to pack was ourselves... We will certainly be back to the farmhouse in the future. Tips for future visitors...do not over pack. The property is equipped with it all...and there are two Dollar General stores less than 10 miles off from the farmhouse. This location is perfect for visits to the Cossatot River State Park. Thank you, Tami. We will be back to your farmhouse in the future!
