Great hotel to spend a couple of days, there are several activities you can do in the lake , I stayed for 1 night , I could have easily pushed for 2-3 nights

They were so accommodating! My husband is vegan, and they went out of their way to prepare special meals just for him. The staff was beyond amazing. The room was lovely and it had everything we needed. The grounds looked beautiful from our balcony. Unfortunately, since we were only there one night and it was raining, we didn’t have a chance to really enjoy them.

I’m giving this inn a B- primarily due to the lackluster service from the man who owns the property. Service is crucial in hospitality, yet during my stay, the owner did not acknowledge my presence. From arrival to departure, he neither greeted my daughter nor me, nor did he inquire about our stay. He consistently avoided eye contact with me, although I observed that he did engage with other guests throughout our stay. In such an intimate setting, the expectation is that the innkeeper will provide consistent, high-quality interactions with all guests, regardless of race, gender or ethnicity. Thankfully, the rest of the staff did not emulate his behavior; they were kind, attentive, and responsive, which salvaged our experience at this otherwise well-regarded inn.

Real gem

It was a wonderful weekend for my daughter's birthday. The hotel is located in a beautiful place on the lake with magical views. All rooms are very comfortable (some with terraces or patios) and have lake views. The service is excellent, the breakfast is delicious and people are lovely. I would love to come at a better weather to be able to use the outdoors more. Thank you for creating and maintaining this beautiful place.

Stay here!

This was an amazing place to stay. The staff was great, so friendly and helpful, room was beautiful and spotless. Breakfast was fantastic and coffee was delicious and delivered right on time. Very private, quiet, beautiful, cant beat the water views and the amazing landscape, would stay there again in a heart beat!

We had a nice stay here... we do feel as tho it was over priced and were under the assumption the rooms were more spacious. It was very clean and comfy tho! Also we had a wonderful view of the lake! Beautiful grounds as well and super friendly staff

This property is a gem in Hot Springs! Definitely the nicest hotel there. It is a relaxing oasis. Most people at the hotel were couples, but I came on my own for some peace and quiet. The restaurant serves the most delicious food! If it opened up to the public, it would be packed every day. The place is modern. The beds comfortable. Plenty of places to relax, read, enjoy the fire or the view of the lake. While it's completely quiet at the hotel, the noise cancellation at night gives an extra bliss for a full night's sleep. Oh, and there's cookies. Every day. Calling to you outside your room. There's also fruit available if you're that kind of person, but for everyone else, just give in to the temptation. They're wonderful. But what makes this hotel special is the staff. You will know them all by first name and they treat you like a guest in their home. They work to accommodate any request and are so welcoming and warm. I truly enjoyed speaking to them and getting to know them. I highly recommend this place for a quiet escape to Lake Hamilton.

Nice, new hotel/B&B, nicely set lakeside with spectacular terraced gardens. Very warm, friendly and accommodating staff. The only negative was that our room (Callico Rock) was very small four two adults and a dog
