“This property was everything! Perfect location with multiple restaurants within walking distance. Great outdoor relaxing areas. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms made it super comfortable for our party of 6. Great communication with host for an easy check in and out! Everything we needed and more for a great weekend. We will be back!”

“I have to say, this was one of the most well-stocked, and cleanest VRBOs we’ve been in. It is an older home, but I don’t think there was one speck of dirt to be seen anywhere! And there was soap, extra tp, bikes, hammocks, more than enough towels, plenty of everything for anything you might need in a pinch! The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and it was so nice to have the hot tub to relax in after a full day of hiking and exploring. If we were to return to new river gorge, we would stay……

“Everything is great”

“Awesome house in the heart of town. Great spot for me to set as my home base to explore all the areas of New River Gorge. Would for sure recommend. Walkable to local spots for coffee or lunch/dinner. Hosts instructions were very clear. 10/10”

“Very clean and cute! Had everything we needed and more. Great location for area exploration and adventures. Host was quick to respond, check in and out easy, laundry useful, etc. Great spot to stay!”

“Check in and out were a breeze. We had no issues so there was no reason to contact the host. It was easy to find. The place is an older home but well maintained. It's within 1/2-mile walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.”

“Absolutely beautiful home! The host has kept the property in pristine, like-new condition, and I found myself wanting to stay inside just to take in all the thoughtful details. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well organized. The home had the perfect amount of amenities, and the information provided about the surrounding area was incredibly helpful. If you’re considering staying here, I would absolutely recommend it! Overall, we had a wonderful trip, and the home itself was……

“A great cabin tucked into the trees on a beautiful property. A nice place to base out of for Gauley fest and all the other activities in the area. Plenty of beds, bathrooms, towels and the bonus of a nice grill and hottub!”

“Very clean and roomy for my long weekend with family. This was our second year staying here.”

“The host is very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Very nice accommodation right in the heart of Fayetteville.”

“Lovely house with everything needed for a comfortable, convenient stay. The house was amazingly clean. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this is probably the best experience we have ever had. The host has done many thoughtful things in the home. Switches are labeled, there are hooks to hang towels to dry in the bathroom, storage in each room to unpack instead of living out of a suitcase. We cooked every meal and the kitchen had ever pot, pan and utensil needed. Can not say enough good……

“Don’t hesitate to book for your trip to NRG area! Impeccably clean, thoughtfully, decorated inn. Perfect, memorable stay for our girls trip away. Eric and Natalie were extremely responsive, wonderful hosts. You can feel the heart and soul through every detail of this property. Amble parking in the back, easy walking distance to many cute shops, eateries and drinkeries. Rosa’s attached speakeasy was the cherry on top. Enjoyed our time in historic, eclectic Fayetteville and would absolutely book……

“This property is beautiful! Definitely large enough space for nine adults. The hot tub was a requirement for our group and did not disappoint. The only complaint would be having no cell service or strong enough wifi when needed. Thank you so much for having us!! - The Gueltig Crew”

“Our family’s stay at The Maple House featured a comfortable, clean and cozy experience. The location offered the opportunity to easily access the NRG National Park as well as local dining and shopping options, and provided the convenience to come and go throughout the day. When not out exploring the area, we found the front porch swing to be a relaxing experience while watching a nearby mother Robin care for her hatchlings. The morning deer passing through the yard were a relaxing sight to take……

“House is very quant and perfect for a short stay.”
