“As we planned to go to Holiday World for Father’s Day weekend, we chose the Comfort Inn Ferdinand location because it was a bit closer to the parks than hotels in Jasper, as well as a slightly better price tag, although I still can’t believe we spent $450 for 2 nights at this hotel. The room upon first entry was fairly clean, although the carpet was worn with sticky spots in some places. A sign was on the bathroom door asking guests to keep bathroom door shut so as not to trigger the fire alarm,……

“Room was musty smelling. Bathroom didn’t have any air circulation so it was always damp. Constant blinking light on smoke detector was distracting at night. Staff was friendly but seemed short staffed as there was rarely someone at the front desk.”

“The room was clean to my standards. The lobby was also pretty clean. We always stay in jasper for 5 days on our summer vacation. i had my 4 kids with us and 2 other guests. One of the guests was allergic to eggs, dairy and nuts so the staff went out of their way to make him a breakfast he could eat, which was helpful. We will keep choosing to stay here.”

“I booked here as a nostalgic Father's Day trip, but it didn't seem as if our room had been used in years. One sink wouldn't drain and had a spider in it that I quickly killed, but after finding a brown recluse in the bed, we were quickly transferred to a new room that had been checked beforehand. The new room was clean and felt fresher, but the place seemed stuck in time. The staff were all friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was nice. I doubt we will return, but it was an adventure for……

“The commode ran all night long in room 229 regardless of the handle position. The room was clean and cool. The breakfast was good and needed for a long day at Holiday World. Would stay again”

“It's a bit outdated but it's still nice. Clean throughout hotel and staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub were awesome too!”
