"Rooms are cozy & comfortable and layout was just right for a couple like us with no kids. All the staff were considerate and accommodating. There is valet parking and uber stops right in front of the hotel. Gild also has a restaurant with in room dining option, a bar and coffee refreshments in the lobby. "I booked a studio suite at the Radisson Wall Street. I chose this hotel because it is located near the Staten Island Ferry and wanted to walk there the next morning at 5:00 am to take the ferry to the NYC Marathon. When I arrived at the Radisson the front desk told me that my booking was transferred to the Holiday Inn Lower East Side approximately 5 trains stops away. "I've stayed here twice in their suites, it is awesome to have a living room and a bedroom in my opinion, it is in heart of financial district and you can catch bus, train or ferry to wherever you like, their breakfast option is quite well, watwr pressure is awesome and staff is excellent. What can it be better more toilet paper and clean towel more often, bigger TV's in the rooms are a must! Everything else is workable. It is safe and quiet hotel.
