“WI-FI service was down for 2 days and the air conditioner is not cool enough”

“Spacious two bedroom apartment, comfy bed, nuc stay”

“Perfect location and wonderful historical building”

“Never believe in the hotel that you are being “upgraded” to a suite with river view, it’s an absolute lie. When we firstly got in the room, definitely it was very different from the picture we’ve seen online, small and dark. I understood it’s a property with history, just completely opposite from the pictures they presented online. Breakfast is served 8am-11am. Funny thing is, even if we arrived before 10am, basic item like scrambled egg was all gone and never refilled. What’s the point of……

“An excellent experience for my honeymoon vacation! Cozy, warm and felt full of passion from every staffs here. Great breakfast atmosphere and helped us to reach our requirements precisely and fast. We are highly recommend this hotel for staying in Firenze.”

“Great location. We enjoyed taking a walk each night we stayed. its safe and fun. The room would be nicer if the owner had changed curtains. Otherwise, everything was great.”

“The location is great, just near the old bridge, and quiet. There is a good restaurant just around the corner. No breakfast but we can cook in the kitchen and the room is big with 2 bedrooms and a living room, and upstairs space with 2 single beds...perfect.”

“ok”

“Beautiful property with beautiful views. Rooms are large and accommodated my family of 5people comfortably. We got the apartment. Every room very clean and well kept. Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this property”

“Would book again”

“Would stay here again! The staff was great, very helpful. Its right by the tram, which made it really easy to get everywhere. If you prefer to walk, everything is about a 30 minute walk and less than 2KM. The accommodations were nice, clean, exactly as pictured. Building is quiet and very safe.”

“Amazing property and staff!!”
