“This unit is old but very well maintained. It was very clean and actually well stocked with supplies that we brought because we didn’t expect to have. It was obvious that the owners really want you to enjoy the place. There were plenty of towels and beach towels, there were Kayaks ,Bicycles,Tennis Rackets, Games and everything worked well. I would definitely stay there again we had no complaints. ”

“Stayed 13 days perfect location and this was our second stay at Cudjoe Cottages. Was able to dock boat here but had to put in at Cudjoe Gardens marina, just 5 minutes away. Basic old school Florida key’s cottages,clean and inexpensive. Nice community pool also. Definitely will stay again.”

“The cottage was perfect for me and my 3 kids. We loved the location being less than a 30min drive from both Key West and Marathon, and within 20min of several beaches. The kids took a dip in the private pool in the back everyday. Check-in process was seamless, and the rooms were perfectly climate controlled. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the keys.”

“Spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay in the lower keys. Safe and quiet at night. Bed sheets and towels included. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking. Pool was clean and there is a concrete dock on the water. Coin operated washer/dryer available out the back door. Great location. Minutes from diving in Looe Key and the Big Pine Key restaurants and Winn Dixie. Key west sunset at Fort Zachery Taylor is 30 minute drive. ”

“This home is in a very private setting on one of the canals in Marathon. The grocery stores are very close. The beaches, restaurants, attractions are all within a few minutes from the home. The dock is very nice. We even saw a a family of manatees in the canal. We had a very good time and appreciated that the owner did not charge us for our little dog. Nice place to visit!”

“The house was the perfect size for our family of five (4 adults and a 7 year old) and was larger than what we expected from the photos. The property is so cozy with a huge yard and walking area. The property has a couple other cottages on it but there is plenty of space in between for privacy and doesn’t feel crowded at all. We spent a lot of time in the pool. The grills were perfect for dinner in after eating out all day. The location couldn't be more perfect, it’s secluded, yet located only 40……

“We were down for the 4th of July and wanted a place to stay that was comfortable, but close enough to family, Key West, and Marathon. Could not have asked for better. The cottage was clean and the property was quiet and full of nature. Definitely a place we will stay at again.”
