The person at the front desk who checked us in was incredibly polite and welcoming, and she even got us into our room a little early which was a nice surprise. The room was very nice and comfortable, and the AC worked great. The grounds around the property are beautiful and well maintained. The pool area was also very nice, but the beach area is definitely the highlight. There were plenty of lounge chairs and the views were amazing. The location is another big plus. There are several great bars and restaurants within walking distance, which made it easy to go out and enjoy the area without driving. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back." Our room had a sliding bathroom door that did not lock or remain closed. It took them 3 days to fix it. The last day, the entire floor smelled fish. They sprayed copious amounts of air freshener but it didnt help. Overall, its a nice place with great views and amenities but it doesnt justify the price tag. I'm sure a few years ago it did, but generally you just get the feeling that no one is trying to deliver a great guest experience."
