Naiades Boutique Beach Hotel is finished to good taste and a high standard, and we really enjoyed our time here in September 24. We loved the quiet and relaxing setting, and dining and sunbed area set on a private beach front. It's perfect for getting away from everything, and a few km from Plaka and Elounda in either direction. The breakfasts were amazing as were the staff who couldn't do enough for us. In particular Eirini went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and special. We'll be back one day !

Room was clean. The staff was friendly. There are times when only one reception staff on and is not very knowledgeable able the VIP program. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good, lots of meal items to choose from.The staff restocked items regularly.The one fruit juice did have a strange after taste to it.

"The villa is situated about an hour and a half from Chania airport. The journey is easy but there is a short period of an off road track just before you get to the villa. The villa was exactly as it looks in the pictures. The owner Nickolaos was absolutely lovely, he made sure we had arrived safely ..."
