She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time.
