"Toilet was overflowing so maintenance came up right away. The bartender rescued us from a very talkative and somewhat obnoxious patron. This is our favorite hotel in Ft. Collins."
"It was a clean, quiet room and the bed was comfortable. We did not hear the interstate, which was a nice surprise considering the close proximity. Our only complaint was that the ice machine had dirty looking ice...but we did report it. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool & hot tub, and missed breakfast. They also allowed us a late checkout for a very reasonable price compared to other hotels that we've stayed at."
