“The house is located in a quiet residential area, close to shopping and restaurants. We found the house to be small, but clean and cozy, decorated in a fun retro theme. We didn't utilize the kitchen for cooking, but we appreciated the well-stocked coffee bar and the basket of snacks (which we gobbled up); along with a sweet note from the hosts. It looked like they had quite a few convenient kids items like a crib, stroller, high chair, but we didn't utilze these. The back outdoor space is small……

“We had a wonderful stay! There was plenty of room for everyone, and the home was very clean and well maintained. The decor was homie and made the space feel warm and inviting. “The property was very clean, quite and convient. Our only real issue and this does not relate to the property was poor Verizon mobile phone service in either Iowa Falls or Alden. However, the Wi-fi in the VRBO made everything OK. We would stay again. Alden was a nice quite, clean town. We enjoyed walking the river area. We would or will stay in the future. Host was very responsive. Parking was good.”
