“We had to clean the tub before use and someone left 2 breakfast burritos in the microwave when I opened it. I almost vomited.”

“I booked 3 rooms as I was in town with my crew for work. The showers had mold in them. I know I did not contact the office about this issue and moving us, but we were all very tired from a very hard day of work and another day to go. The buffet breakfast was awful. Hard bread products, no apple juice or milk, rubber like eggs, cold sausage. We usually love Quality Inn and their breakfasts, but this was the absolute worst. Room was clean and front desk staff awesome. And the Mexican……

“The pool was cold at night, the hot tub was freezing cold, the room were clean, the toilet keep running, you had to shack the handle so it would stop, the bath tub filled up with water when showering, the shower curtain let water go all over the bathroom. The whole place smelled if cigarettes and weed. The like to use padlock to lock up area of hotel, they don't like you to look around the hotel. The bed was new but hard and smaller side of full size. They don't give out extra pillows!”

“The room was not clean. The bathroom was not clean. Two towels where not clean. I killed three Roaches in the room. Less the half a row of toilet paper on day one. Will never stay here again.”

“Need to buy new sheets. They were very thin. Lamp was broken. Very nice manager, whom also was the cleaning staff. I think he did it all!!!”
