“The property is only a short drive from downtown & about 10 minutes from the Coliseum where ISU holds graduation. The house is small but had enough space for our party of 3. I would not recommend the home for someone with mobility issues as the bathroom is very cramped & you need to be able to walk up a few steps to get to the doorway of the home as there is only 1 entry/exit. “Excelente place, very clean and organized inside, it could improve the external area and the identification (street name and number) thr maps was very clear and easy to find but I wad not expecting the gate to have that wood look and the small number in the electrical box. Other than that I would recomend this place to everyone. One more time, the cleanliness was perfect”

“The property was very clean with lovely decor. Host was very responsive when I was unable to get back into the property after leaving for a concert in Des Moines and I was given a code that worked in a very short amount of time. Host was thoughtful leaving snacks for guests and coffee. It made for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. A small thing was the internet was a little unstable but nothing that couldn’t be worked around. I definitely recommend staying here.”
