I’m going to begin by saying I reserved a 3day stay. And the fact that they were having problems with the tv …due to hurricane ida i feel their should have been some sort of accommodation. I am not a happy camper At ALL! Another thing was the breakfast was pathetic! Seriously, the breakfast special: egg muffins and grapes or strawberries …THIS isn’t something that’s filling. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Why have a chef ‘ when you can’t request scramble eggs , French toast, pancake, bacon, sausage etc etc. you guys have got to do better! Although, the beds were super comfy , rooms were good and clean. Except we were told to put the trash &dirty laundry in the hall; which is disgraceful. The room service staff & mgr need to come up with a much better idea , bc honestly that is just low down filthy. Beautiful hotel inside and out and too Top it off the rooftop bar was the Best!

I loved the overall look and decor of the hotel. I would love if they would expand the breakfast options. Maybe a big pot of oatmeal and some standard egg options.
