“The check-in was the terrible part about our stay. I have stayed in 100's of hotels and never experienced anything like this. Our party of 11 arrived (4 rooms) Lady at the front desk just stared at me. I told her we needed to check in. I handed her my ID and she told me she only had 3 rooms for me. I showed her my conf that had 4 rooms. She said someone else checked into 1 of our rooms so she only had 3. I told her we just arrived in town, if someone checked into 1 of our rooms, it wasn't us.……

“The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great.”

“We loved staying in this house with character! My kids liked that the park was across the street so they could go play when we had a little down time. We spent most of our time in Nauvoo (which wasn’t ideal because the bridge was closed) but the restaurant down the street was delicious and fun. We liked how many bathrooms and bedrooms for all of us to use. The kitchen was big and well stocked with different sizes of bowls, pans, etc and which was nice because we tried to save some money by……
