“Pool was actually working. Price is so cheap, it's hard to complain”

“The lights in the bathroom didn’t work. Had to take a shower in the dark. Stains all over both mattresses. Nothing like the pictures.”

Instead of just giving me a new room they had to test it and see if they could close it to keep me in that room despite the hotel was mostly empty. Cleanliness was on par with the price point. “The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue.
