“The service was awful. The room smelt like old cooking oil and the beds were not made when we were assigned the room. The management claimed "they dont offer extended stay", even though I had recieved 10 text messages from Super8 suggesting we should request it. I was told to "buy another day or be out by 11". 10/10 would not recommend.”

“Every one was really helpful and very friendly. The room was real clean and we ask for no room service we got what we needed our self. We just like it better that way. I lefted our phone chargers plugged in and walked out with out them. I sent them a message asking for them to be mail to me. I hope they mail them. I will stay at this hotel again if and when I ever go back to cave city Kentucky. Pass. The pool was nice also. Thanks judy Salyers & son Glen Gill”

“First time staying in Columbia. The location of the property puts you minutes way from most places you’ll want to visit. (Gigi’s is a MUST!) Overall, not too much to say about it. All expectations were met.”

“The pool was closed for maintenance. There was no indication on the website or Expedia that that was the case. Very disappointing. I chose HI Express because of the pool for my grandkids who live in Campbellsville, KY. I could have stayed for $50 leass at Best Western (pool was not open until June 30).”

“If you move in and find a lot of bugs, I have a good method to get rid of them without having to do it by hand. You can catch the bugs in the trash can and flush them down the toilet. But it's difficult to flush the bug corpses out of the room's toilet.”
