"I arrived after midnight, and staff was waiting to check me be in. My room was clean and neat, and everything worked as it should. The location was great - only 10-15 minutes from all of the WDW parks. I will definitely stay here again!"

"this is my favorite hotel ever, have stayed here multiple times. however this time my room had several bugs in it, I think the person who stayed in it before didn’t close the balcony door properly. It was tough to get service at the bar, servers seemed to be helping other guests more. it said you could pay for late checkout but when I asked about it they said it was booked. that being said the resort is beautiful and I always enjoy my time, was just slightly disappointed this time. "
