"Es mi segunda vez en esta instalación, la primera vez me hicieron el recibimiento a las 4 y me entregaron la habitación a las 6 pm . Esta vez me hicieron el recibimiento a las 4 y me entregaron la habitación a las 9 pm ( 5 horas después ) al llegar a la habitación no tenía los líquidos de aseos , ni las toallas tuve que solicitarlos , la habitación bastante sucia y los pasillos de acceso hasta la habitación bastante sucios sin barrer y se ve bastante desagradable el churre . El personal de Recepción unos bien agradable y otros no te miran a los ojos cuando tú conversas con ellos para planteándole tus inquietudes. Siempre me toca el building 2 piso 5 o 6 para la L . Me cobraron algo después que salí que no me dijeron estaré reclamando . No volveré a regresar ! "
