First of all, there was no one at the front desk, so we had to wait for about half an hour; second, there were cockroaches; and third, there was a dead mouse in the hallways.

I had called to hold my room for the night due to my flight canceled and that I would arrive the next day at 1000 am. I would have thought that when I arrived my room would be ready but it was not. I had to wait over 2 hours and I missed my 55th high school reunion. The room I was put in was not the room i picked and the blanket/bedspread had ash burns and smelled of smoke. There were no hangers on the rack, the overall room was clean but not kept up.
