“The staff was amazing, the front desk helped with booking excursions, massages, and private chefs. We did the panoramic suite and it was big, comfy, and fun. “Here is a fair and honest opinion from someone who has visited Tulum and La Veleta neighbourhood on multiple occassions. For starters, I thought I was booking Central Park Tulum, not "Lagunas" but thats on me and something to double check, as online they look the same. So quiet but close to everything and a 10 minute ride to the beach on a scooter .Emmanuel and the staff was at my service and the sauna and steam room and Jacuzzi’s were a great surprise.
