Breakfast was continental. Could order protein from the menu, which we did a couple times. We also had dinner one night and everyone’s meals were fantastic. We loved our stay here. The place is amazing and the service is top notch. We spent 5 days here in Feb of this year and loved staying in the Mayan Jungle like experience. My husband is a vegetarian and the restaurant offered to make him food not on the menu which was very sweet. Our room was spacious and stunning and house keeping every day did a great job of cleaning it. Our attached plunge pool was definitely the highlight. It was massive and we lounged there most of the day. The food and drinks were great and the service was even better. My husband used the spa twice and loved it. We would definitely come back.

Absolutely stunning property. 10 minute drive to town or the beach. Recommend having a car as nothing else is around. From the moment you walk in it is an excellent experience. Very jungle like. The room was warm and welcoming. Swim right up to our room.

Beautiful and unique spot in the jungle, room was great spacious and the property is well maintained minus some refreshing on the fabric chairs etc. … staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed in the treetop suite. Only negative would be needing a car or transportation as the taxis get expensive. We thought there was a free shuttle based on the online booking and communication to the beach so did not book a rental car at the time. Definitely worth it and would return overall.

Siwa Tulum is absolutely beautiful—lush, serene, and truly a jungle escape. What really stood out to me is that the photos online accurately depict what you get in real life, which isn’t always the case. I stayed in a jungle swim-up room, and the surroundings felt peaceful, immersive, and very on-brand for a Tulum getaway. I only had two minor complaints. The hot water regularly ran out within about 40 seconds of turning it on, which made showers a bit frustrating. Also, our patio had no proper seating—just one beanbag—so we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor space as much as we would have liked. That said, the experience was largely positive. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and a special shout-out to Diana, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. Overall, Siwa Tulum delivers on beauty, atmosphere, and service, with just a few small comfort details that could be improved.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property is beautiful, large and very unique. All design choices are very intentional and it felt much like a home away from home rather than a hotel. The restaurant on the property is excellent and ate breakfast and dinner there every day.

My family and I recently stayed at this location for around 16 nights, and we absolutely loved it. The staff was friendly and kind, the rooms were clean, and everything was just phenomenal. The restaurant was exquisite. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience; it was an ideal location for our family, particularly when traveling with children. During our visit, we enjoyed the local attractions and participated in a variety of activities together, creating amazing memories. It was like being at home away from home, and we can't wait to go back for another fantastic vacation.
