“The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean and perfect for a short stay. Great location.”

“Nice area and beautiful surroundings. The condo organization make it difficult to come and go - the doors lock at 8pm and the entrance codes don’t work. No one is around for help if you get locked out (twice). Other couples had same experience. I had to stand outside waiting for someone to exit before I could enter. Very inconvenient-”

“Clean resort with decent food options. No AC so the rooms are hot, back door wouldn’t shut so we had to call maintenance late at night, and hand towel rack was broke on one side.”

“Property was super cute with the A style home. Outdoors was so beautiful. The river was so pretty as well. Great layout and hot tubs were very relaxing. Inside the home it was clean but some things could be cleaner. The couch had dog hairs, some silverware had stains, the shampoo/conditioner bottles were definitely not cleaned because there was black around the bottom of the bottles. Regardless of these issues the place itself was a charm. The wooden walkway gave it a nice feel. I would……

“There was no hot water the whole day of our stay and the next morning as well. We were not informed about the matter upon our check which they knew. They owe us a refund for part of our stay which we were lied upon a receipt still no refund nor response till this day!!”
