“Property was dirty, run down and there was no one at the front desk to help with anything. Outside trash cans were overflowing and the staff was cold and unfriendly.”

“Expedia and this hotel messed up my reservation. I was charged two times for the same night through Expedia. Called Expedia to cancel one of the two reservations for the same one night stay. Got to the hotel they had no reservation. Payed again but $30 more so I had a place to stay. Expedia refunded one night stay. But hotel charged me for one night as well did Expedia. I was billed twice for one night stay. Tried calling the hotel and Expedia both blamed the situation on each other. Not a……

“First, I found the name “Inn & Suites” to be somewhat misleading, as the property and accommodations did not reflect what was advertised. Additionally, the photos displayed on Expedia do not accurately represent the current condition of the hotel, which was disappointing. I am unsure whether the property was short-staffed during my visit or if this is the usual standard, but my room was not cleaned to the level that should be expected at any hotel or inn. Cleanliness is a fundamental……

“Great room. Very clean.”

“Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffle station, assorted cereals and pastries. 24/7 coffee. Room was adequate for what we needed for a weekend stay. Not the fanciest hotel but it got the job done. We didn't use the outdoor pool or workout room, but saw others enjoying them.”

“The bathroom door was broken and couldn’t close, there were no hygiene products (soap, shampoo) and one of the beds in our room smelled strongly of urine. The phone in our room didn’t work so when I went to the desk I was initially asked if I wanted new sheets… uh no! We did end up getting a new room, just after midnight!”
