Love this place!

I never leave reviews but our stay at the Eliseo was wonderful. Our room had beautiful views, we shared a fabulous meal at the restaurant. The staff is super helpful and friendly. It’s very restful and quiet here- just what we needed.

Esperienza deludente

La mia esperienza è stata molto negativa. Ritengo che questa struttura potrebbe essere indicata per il turista "poco esigente" ma non per pernotti di lavoro. Giro tantissimi hotel in tutta Italia e a parità di prezzo i servizi sono migliori. Nello specifico: Reception: seppur segnalato in prenotazione, la reception chiude alle 21:00. Sono arrivato alle 21.30 per ritardo dovuto a traffico in strada. Ho correttamente telefonato per avvisare del ritardo, mi hanno atteso ma mi hanno fatto subito osservare che non erano dispositivo a pagare un addetto che mi aspettasse per 30 min. di ritardo. !!! Camera: ok per la pulizia, tavolo molto piccolo e situata ad un lato della parete, inchiodato al muro e con poca luminosità. Non visibile nelle immagini di presentazione delle camere riportate sui siti di prenotazione. Bagno: piccolissimo, ricavato a forza senza bidè e senza soluzioni alternative al bidè (es. doccetta). Nelle immagini presenti sui siti di prenotazione non ci sono mai immagini del bagno. Colazione: non prima delle 08. Prodotti direttamente sul tavolo, piuttosto scarna con il minimo indispensabile. La colazione l'ho pagata come extra in fase di prenotazione e non risultano riportate info sugli orari di somministrazione. Parcheggio: ci sono 5 parcheggi antistanti l'entrata ma non riservati. Ho avuto la fortuna di trovarne 1 libero !! Alla luce di quanto sopra riportato e per le mie esigenze lavorative, non tornerò più in questa struttura. Grazie.

Ottimo, in pieno centro ma facilmente raggiungibile e con parcheggi nei pressi. L'hotel è in un palazzo ristrutturato, le camere sono ben arredate e curate, letti molto comodi. Unico neo il bagno molto piccolo.
