“Staff all professional and very helpful and we appreciated the service ”

“The staff was very personable and very helpful. Appreciated the water jug in the lobby and also the access to the coffee machine. The hotel was clean and well organized. The room was as expected, bed was comfortable and the shower head reminded me of a Seinfeld episode which made me laugh. Breakfast in the morning looked average but I did hear the staff say they were changing a few things. I did not eat anything, just had some juice and coffee. Checking out was easy. Appreciated all the……

“The building and the room was very clean and appeared to be newer. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was okay, but I'm picky about my eggs and things, so... Coffee was good and hot.”

“The only good thing about this stay was the staff were so nice. When we checked in we got to our room and there was only a king size bed when we booked a room for 2 queens and a pull out bed. We have 5 people. After sometime the manager was able to get us the right room. “Extremely outdated and needs maintained better. Few holes in the walls and plaster damage from moisture. Positives are I didn’t see any bugs. Room looked clean and didn’t stink. Good value if your looking for a cheap stay.”

Beds and linens were clean but there was dirt on the floor and it needed to be swept or vacuumed. Bathroom needed some updates for sure. There was a lot of rust and the tile and floor base was sloppy revamped. Walls had stains in a few places. Wouldn’t come again with my kids but if I was alone and just needed a quick cheap place to crash I would come back. Didn’t spend……

“TV did not work so went to call front desk and phone did not work. Found small black hair in the sheets. Long dark hair in the washcloth- like tangled in the terry cloth. Tub had black sandy stuff in bottom. Just terrible experience overall.”

“Very nice, very clean and so cute on the inside, I absolutely would recommend this to anyone looking to stay a night in Kokomo rather than a hotel it’s so much nicer”
