The condo was clean and cozy, with excellent access to the beach. A few small things could have made our stay perfect: no shampoo or body wash was provided, although there were a few cleaning soaps. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, but it would have been even better if laundry detergent had been included. The kitchen was well stocked, but a kitchen towel would have been a helpful addition. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful experience

Just days after the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl , the Communication was great! The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

Beach fun

Condo was great but the beach chairs were all broken and nasty so would have liked to have had useable beach gear. Condo was nice and beautifully decorated.

Relaxing weekend away

Loved this condo!

We brought our grandgirls (8 & 4) for a week. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Their parents joined midweek and slept on the sofa sleeper. It was cozy but we weren’t in the condo much so no problem. Condo is exactly as shown in pictures. Spacious shower. Beach theme throughout was cute! Big patio with comfortable chairs. We stayed in another condo that over looks the pool a few months ago and the patio was smaller. There is a large plastic storage box that has boogie boards, noodles, sand toys, a couple of beach chairs. A collection of left behind items. Highly recommend this unit.

Great place

Very nice place to stay!! We would love to stay again. However, we did not like the fact that the a/c setting was being controlled. We could not adjust the thermostat while we were there. We did not get hot but would’ve liked it cooler at night while we slept. Great location and staff was friendly.

Great location, fun amenities, nice view.

Cute, nice decorated little apartment, my grandkids loved it and want to comeback again, pools and jacuzzis add an extra fun activity besides de beach located only a step away, easy access to restaurants and attractions. Great family memories. I have to point out that the apartment is tiny, the washer/ dryer it’s a very small and you can’t wash nothing but your bathing suits, don’t think about washing or drying your beach towels. It would be nice to have regular or stronger trash bags. Besides that it’s a nice place!

Loved this condo!!

Easy check-in. Condo located on the first floor, Super clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable king size bed, a/c worked great, large walk-in shower perfect for us old folks. Can’t say enough positive things! Absolutely loved it! We will be back.

Love the place!

Only couple things that came up, One salt and pepper should be a staple and there at all times. We left the travel set we bought. Also would have been nice to have at minimum a half of a roll of paper towels to work with. Last, winter time maybe have an extra rug or two available. The floor was so cold it was sweating in the bathroom. Lastly their was a coffee pot and plenty of coffee filters, Yet, no small amount of coffee to use.

Broken AC

When we arrived the temperature in the condo was 77 degrees. We lowered the AC to 70 and left to go eat. When we came back Friday night the temperature was 76 degrees. At this point I called the manager and left a message about the AC not working properly and the unit making a gurgling sound. Luckily for us it was raining Friday and Saturday which helped keep the condo cooler. I never received a call back nor did anyone check on the unit. We were forced to go buy fans from walmart because the fan in the kitchen did not work either. The coolest the condo ever got was 75 degrees and on Sunday when we were checking out it was up to 80 degrees by 10 am due to the sun being out. I can’t imagine how warm it would’ve been had it been a sunny weekend. I like the condo, the sea scapes and the beach view, but no response from the manager and no AC was absolutely horrible.

Loved Seascape

East check in/out, no hassles at all! Clean, lovely unit with all the beach toys you need! Great view, all amenities. Steps from a great beach and an awesome pool! I will be back!

Would Try Again

My husband and 4 small grandchildren stayed here for several days during spring break. The unit was spotless and very well laid out. The swimming pool was great as was the beach. Our only problem was that a major A/C unit in the building we were staying in went out. There were many condo units without air conditioning and it couldn't be fixed until the next week. As our youngest grandchild has to have A/C due to some medical issues, we had to leave. After we got home, we contacted the rental company, explained what had happened and they refunded some of our money. Even though we would have preferred to stay all of our days there with A/C, we know sometimes unforeseen events such as this happen. We were satisfied that the rental company did make an effort and we would definitely book here and with this company again.

Good view, small condo, perfect for 2

My husband and I stayed at the Seascape 2118 condo over the 4th of July holiday. The condo is small but the owners have made good use of the space. There is no washer/dryer in the unit. I was told that no one bedroom unit has a washer/dryer at Seascape. This is a first floor condo and the balconies are larger than one bedroom units on higher floors. The bed was very comfortable but it takes up almost all the space in the room. Getting between the closet and bed is difficult and there were only 4 hangers. The owners put a small piece of furniture in the closet with two shelves for you to lay your clothes on. There is no dresser. The bathroom is well lit with a walk in shower that has a handrail on one side and a rain shower head. There was always plenty of hot water and the water pressure was very good. I found the towels to be of good quality; large, thick and absorbent. There are decorative hooks on the walls of the bathroom, the front door and out on the balcony. A big thank you to the owners for this because we could easily dry our beach towels, aqua shoes and bathing suits during our stay. The kitchen has nice appliances, but it is tiny. Maybe two people could cook together but it would be tight quarters. I don't mean this as criticism, I just want you to understand the size of the kitchen. More than one pot holder would be nice. I'm glad I I brought a roll of paper towels with me because none was provided. There is one elevator in each building at Seascape. The grounds were clean and well maintained. A couple of times we noticed other guests playing music loudly (once from their condo and once by the barbecue pits) and it wasn't long before the security guard approached them and the music was turned off. I would recommend Seascape to my friends and also unit 2118. It is on the east side of the building so you get sunrise views and by 1:00 in the afternoon your balcony is getting much needed shade. There was also a wonderful breeze coming off the gulf.
