The first room they put us in was unacceptable it was supper dirty from bed sheets to there being either a kid toy or dog toy on the side of one of our bed we went o complain and the front desk didn’t look surprised at our complaints, they then put us in a different room a little cleaner but it smelled like mildew, the who night we could not sleep and there were weird noises coming from either the ceiling or who knows where, lastly one of the elevators didn’t work to go to level 5 it was a mess, I would not recommend staying here

My major issue was that I booked a room for a family of five. When we got to our room the bathroom was set up only for 2 people. Called front desk requesting more towels and wash cloths, blankets and sheet for the sofa bed. We went out came back 5 hours later and they still havent delivered requested item. Called again. Next day same issue. Day after that same issue. 4th day same.issue. Called each time. Also the AC in the room was not working properly.

Upon arriving to our room we could smell a moldiness in the air. Upon further inspection we noticed water damage coming from the ceiling in the bedroom onto a wall where the wall paper was beginning to peel back. We then opened up the pull-out sofa bed and saw a large stain underneath the matress. The furniture had broken cabinet doors and the outlet near the sink did not work. We brought this to the attention of the manager the next morning as it was already very late and my family was tired. They were able to switch us rooms the next day and gave us a complimentary breakfast. Safe to say we will never stay here again.

Nice place to stay,if you going to visit Disney because is 10 min from there, the only wrong thing is the fee of the parking lot, is 25 dollars by nights, and the wifi is 7 dollars by day.

My stay was from 7/5-7/7, and I showed up at around 2 AM. Very negative experience, the room was filthy and the sofa bed was broken. There were dirty socks in one of the drawers and crumbs on the couch. I called to let the front desk know about the couch, they said sorry to hear and asked if we needed a roll out bed or change rooms. I didnt want another room that wasnt what I paid for, so I declined both since at 3 AM, I didnt want to wait for a rollout bed and was so exhausted that I just wanted to sleep. Parking was charged at $25 a night and I found out that its not monitored or separated from the next hotel, because there was not a single spot. Cars were parked taking up to 4 spaces (not exaggerating). I was very disappointed with my stay and will not be returning.
