“The location was excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good enough. The hotel was clean. It needs updating. Our two nights stay was satisfactory. We had a hot water problem in the shower but it was attended and fixed. Though water in the shower was not hot enough not enough force. No major issue. Thanks”

“Perfect location to hop on/off the Hunters Quay ferry and an easy ride into Dunoon on quiet roads or a shared path. The room was large and well furnished and everything worked as it should. I’d booked two nights to stay but booked them separately as my plans had changed. The staff were happy to make sure I kept the same room for the second night. Was able to keep my bike safely locked up outside the front entrance too so that’s a bonus.”

“I just wanted a simple hotel to come back to after driving all day. No remote for tv, forgot to ask in the morning before leaving for my day trip. Got in late, managed to get Tv on and on a channel, but next night there was a Samsung update message that required the remote. then went for a shower…nearly got severe burns from the tankless water heater as it doesn’t seem to work properly (hot is cold, and apparently cold is hot and extremely dangerously hot. Nowhere to escape to as the shower is……
