"This is a good hotel, but certainly not cheap. Situated on Loch Lomond, makes it ideal for the views alone. This is a large hotel, and while the staff were polite and helpful, it felt a little rushed and frantic at times and the intimacy a 5* hotel should provide was a little lost. It feels like ..."
