Jackie made us feel at home as always. Very peaceful and handy for all local amenities with a beautiful sea view from our room (2). Have stayed 3 times now and is our go-to when visiting Dunoon / Benmore Botanic Gardens. Excellent overall

Great place to stay, right by the water and walking distance to local amenities, plenty of street parking. Property spotlessly clean and beds comfy, really good shower. Jackie made us really welcome and kept in touch to make sure we got the best from our stay. Cooked breakfast was really well cooked and delicious.

Fantastic stay! Jackie couldn’t have been more helpful with friendly advice on travel and restaurants along with a fab cooked breakfast and specially bought fruit and yogurt for my wife. Room was spotless and comfy too. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Jackie is a fabulous hostess, she made sure our stay was unforgettable in a good way. Room was warm, clean and tidy, beds were very comfortable.. great to have the only twin room. Great shower, warm towels on heated rail. Breakfast was perfect. The Cedars Guest House is situated in a great central place, we parked our car and didn’t need to drive until leaving for home. We will definitely book again the next time we’re visiting Dunoon. Thank You

Lovely clean guest house in excellent location. Jackie was a font of knowledge for the area. Prior to arrival she made contact with tips on where to purchase best value ferry tickets, checked any diatry and mobility requirements. Plenty of free roadside parking.

The service I received was excellent. After booking I was contacted by Jackie who advised me on the best options for travel to Dunoon. There was a warm welcome and I was advised on dining options in the area and the need to book in advance. The room was spacious clean and tidy with a fantastic view over the river Clyde. I would recommend this guest house and would certainly stay there again if I am in the area. Thank you Jackie.

you could not wish to meet nicer hosts, nothing was too much trouble and a lovely warm friendly welcome. Although the room was on the small side it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean with a great bathroom. The host were very informative about the area and offered advice regarding dining in the area and the ferry crossing even before we went. Breakfast was really really good in fact the best we had in any of the hotels we stayed in on out trip. Would definitely stay again and recommend to people we know.
