“smoking at entrance. reception i was handed a leaflet to sign and that was it, no info on breakfast,where room was,dining? later told no English only continental,no food available either Got to room, no electronic lock? given two key cards, so back to reception, said your room has key as lock broke, so back up to room (note stairs no lift) which decoration old n tired but clean, No TV remote, over next hour or so tried @ 8 from other rooms, none worked!!
