“Staff was super polite but unfortunately the room was not very clean. One of the bed sheets had several very noticeable stains on them. That was disappointing.”

“Friendly staff. Generally clean. I was assigned to the handicap-accessible room. It did not look like it had been occupied in awhile. The bathroom had a bad, mildew odor (shower curtain, I think) and the faucet leaked. The bathroom door was closed and there was no ventilation in it. Also, no night-time, visible signage to identify the hotel, which made it hard to locate.”

“The property was beautiful, clean, great atmosphere and well maintained. I didn't give 5 stars because I had an issue with checking out. It was frustrating that I was down for 1 room for 1 night . Their system had me down for 2 nights and my receipt from Expedia wasn't enough for them to see I had only booked and paid for one night. It was frustrating because it held up our plans for the day because it took 20 min and me trying to call and chat with Expedia before she found my reservation in her……
