The check in was super easy and convenient. The rooms were very clean and nice. Would have gave it 5 stars all around, but the glass door going into the bathroom was a little dangerous haha, maybe it was the lighting with the door-but we walked into it a couple times a piece lol

Super cosy

Super convenient location, trams stop right in front of the hotel. The rooms are quiet, super clean, and the space is really well used. The common areas are great and clean too, with a kitchen, lounges, and an amazing terrace. Last but not least super friendly and helpful staff. No question: if I come back to Geneva, I’m definitely staying here again!

I didn't know exactly what to expect with the lack of front desk, but hosts were available during the day and were very kind and helpful. On Swiss National Day, they hosted a party for hotel guests in the common area, which was lovely and ended with fireworks visible from the 9th floor terrace. The location was extremely convenient for getting around Geneva, and the room and facility were immaculate and comfortable. Just a great experience!

Convenient and clean! Really enjoyed my stay. Very well thought out layout. Best shower I have ever had in a hotel. Washer/dryer combo was so convenient. Tram stop right outside the hotel. Would stay here again.

Definitely Stay at Kooook Geneva

Loved this place. Great room packed with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer. Ultra modern. Absolutely spotless. But the flat and wraparound balcony made our stay fab. With pool table, games console and choice of seating area inside and out was tremendous. Don’t stay anywhere else. Finally, staff were so welcoming and helpful especially Ava.

The location is great, very accessible from the train station. The instructions are clear and the check in process is easy. The room is very well designed, the bed is comfortable. Would definitely be back!

Neat, compact and clean. We really enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. Great views from the roof. Level 9 is a comfortable communal area with loads of facilities. The room is a clever use of space and the hotel is conveniently located next to a tram stop, Coop and Denner store for groceries and easy access to the city centre.
